What We Offer You

• Comprehensive Practice Model : Split between inpatient rounding (10 patients / day) and outpatient clinic care (up to 14 patients / day once ramped)
• Predictable Call Schedule : Call only 1 in every 5 weekends, shared across a supportive team of APPs
• Robust Training & Mentorship : Learn EP, stress testing, and procedures with mentorship and dedicated virtual scribes for documentation support
• Generous Compensation Package : $130,000 base salary plus bonus potential, 36 days of PTO annually, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, retirement plan, and free tuition for family members at West Virginia University campuses
