As a Trip Support Specialist , you will guide travelers throughout their entire experience by offering clear communication, support, and helpful guidance. From initial planning to post-trip follow-up, you will play a crucial part in helping clients feel secure, informed, and excited about their travels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming communications across email, phone, and chat platforms.
  • Assist travelers with updates, changes, and general travel questions.
  • Provide accurate destination requirements and documentation guidance.
  • Follow up on travel plans, send updates, and gather post-trip insights.
  • Resolve concerns quickly with empathy and professionalism.
