About the team and position

Carvana needs a Specialist to join the Payroll team. You will also serve as our employees' first point of contact should they have any questions regarding payroll, garnishments, payroll tax, and other various payroll-related questions.

What you'll be doing

• Process biweekly, supplemental, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.
• Review timesheets, time off accruals, and reports to detect discrepancies and reconcile / balance payroll.
• Review, process, and complete general deductions and payments.
• Review, research, and answer payroll-related questions.
• Assist in additional department projects as needed.
