Position : Hospital Relations & Outreach Generalist

Direct Recruit Agency is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospital Relations & Outreach Generalist. This is a full-time contract position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing agency.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote agency services
  • Plan and execute outreach events and activities to increase agency visibility and awareness
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for hospital outreach
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, providers, and  healthcare stakeholders.
  • Meet growth targets for assigned service lines.
  • Analyze market data and track performance results.
  • Maintain accurate account and contact information in CRM tools.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market

share.

  • Effectively communicate key service line messages aligned with marketing

    • growth strategies.

  • Collaborate with physician practice operations leadership to develop and

    • implement growth strategies.

  • Identify and report barriers to business growth, recommending solutions and

    • strategies.

  • Serve as a liaison between the agency and hospitals, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with hospital staff to discuss agency services and potential collaborations
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hospital partners
  • Monitor and track outreach efforts and report on progress and results to management
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and policies to ensure compliance in all outreach activities

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven sales or relevant business development experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital or healthcare relations, outreach, or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations
  • Experience with CRM tools and data tracking
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
