The Business Process & Insights Analytics (BPIA) team is seeking a data-driven, process-oriented professional to join our dynamic group focused on transforming operational performance through analytics and strategic insights. This role supports contract and pricing with cross-functional teams by delivering high-impact reporting, uncovering process inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement across order to cash workstream. This position is open to remote within the US. Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned :

• Conducting root cause analysis and interpreting data to support contract and pricing decisions.
• Ensuring accuracy, identifying trends, and driving strategic improvements across pricing operations.
• Administers, extends, and negotiates standard and non-standard contracts.
• Conducts complex capital and service proposal preparation and contract administration activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
• Prepares quotes, programs, processes specifications, progress, and other reports for leadership and marketing in a timely manner.
• Provides guidance to the sales team of contractual obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information.
• Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination.
• Assist and drive internal transformation and improvement initiatives on process, reporting, and tools that help deliver operational excellence for the sales team.
• Participate on internal calls with the field to discuss customer's goals and assist in creating solutions regarding capital and service opportunities.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure timely renewals and amendments.
• Communicates with internal and external customers.
• May provide training to field partners and other employees within job area.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $60,400.00 - $90,600.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
