Assistant Controller

We're excited to partner with a rapidly growing company in Cincinnati to recruit an Assistant Controller. This highly visible role offers the chance to lead multiple direct reports, report directly to the Controller, and collaborate closely with the CFO. It's an outstanding opportunity to gain leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!

Responsibilities :

• Lead the day-to-day general ledger activities and all aspects of the month-end close process
• Ensure team deadlines are met in accordance with the month-end close process and financial reporting requirements are met in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Assign and manage account reconciliations / analysis for balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior management
• Provide training, support and coaching for direct reports to establish goals, objectives and advise on the professional development of staff.
• Ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
