Description

Seeking a Project Engineer looking to grow their career in the construction industry with a local concrete subcontractor.

• In preconstruction - developing, implementing, and adhering to the most cost-effective means of delivering our contracted scope.
• Will prepare submittals and conduct formwork buy-out & planning
• Create project schedule development
• Conduct site logistics planning
• Develop project budget set-up
• Review Sub-Tier Submittals
• Maintain data integrity / document control (Draft RFI's, maintain plan sets, etc)

During construction this individual will assist the PM in scope management

Will be in coordination with general contractor

Maintain sub-tier coordination

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clackamas, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.06 / hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
