About the Role:
Join Latuli, Memorial's newest Coastal restaurant, as a Bartender and become a key player on our vibrant Houston, TX team! Were looking for passionate individuals who love crafting unique cocktails and providing exceptional service in a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor customer behavior and provide responsible service.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Must possess a valid bartending license or certification.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
