A Day in the Life

We anticipate the application window for this opening will close 13th of January 2026.

As a Medical Device Assembler you will perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly in a cleanroom environment. Working under moderate supervision you will assemble medical devices according to good manufacturing practices manufacturing flow specific standard operating and safety addition to contributing to the Medtronic mission youll also be investing in your career! This is a full time benefits eligible direct hire opportunity.

We currently have openings on the night shift. Night shift schedule is as follows :

C-Shift : 5 : 30 pm - 5 : 30 am. Sunday Monday Tuesday and every other Saturday.

This position has a set hourly starting rate at $19.90 / hour plus a $2.70 / hour shift differential $22.60 / hour

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $39200.00 - $58800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification / education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
