Experience : Board Certified / Truly Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
License : Active Illinois license required
Certifications : DEA, Board Eligible, Board Certified
Must-Have :
MD or DO with relevant board certification.
Vaccination records, negative drug screening, and completed physical within 90 days of start date.
Description :
We have a re-opened locum physician need for an Interventional Radiologist.
The schedule is 3 days a week with flexible options for which days.
The work hours are from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with no call required.
Candidates must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to the first assignment.
Candidates must have an already active Illinois license.
Travel parameters for candidates within driving distance include round-trip mileage and lodging.
For those outside driving distance, flight travel can be accommodated.
Professional references are required from colleagues and medical directors.
Clean and easy-to-credential candidates are preferred.
Candidates should not have a history of malpractice cases or pending cases without prior discussion.
