CSPD Manager – Lead. Improve. Deliver Excellence.
We’re seeking a hands-on CSPD Manager to lead all sterile processing and distribution functions—from decontamination through sterilization and case cart delivery. This role owns daily operations, staff leadership, and seamless coordination with the OR and ancillary departments.

Your mission is to build a high-performing team, streamline processes, and elevate quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll identify and implement operational, financial, and quality improvements while maintaining a strong, visible presence in the OR.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor CSPD staff; manage schedules, productivity, and performance.
- Drive process improvement, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure on-time tray delivery, accurate instrument sets, and optimal inventory control.
- Use data to improve outcomes—productivity, quality, and cost management.
- Partner with Administration and SPD leadership to deliver measurable results.
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, reporting, training, and competency validation.
