What you will be doing As the Security Rep Staff you will be responsible for leading the facilitys security program and acting as the primary liaison for security matters across the site. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start. / ppBasic qualifications : Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and / or ICD 705 regulations. Previous Security, Intelligence, FSO, or CSSO experience. Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience / combined education. Ability to multi-task. Great interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communications skills. Top Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last five years / ppDesired skills : A collaborative, innovative, and customer focused leadership style is desired. Experience with SIMS, DISS, and NISS. Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, ACSSO, intelligence analyst or physical security specialist. Ability to work independently when required and be a team player. Highly organized and detail oriented. Schedule for this position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week / ppPay rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,400 - $150,650.
