An experienced lawyer with a minimum 3 years Medical Malpractice and / or Long Term Care, Assisted Living or Rehabilitation Facility experience. Responsibilities :

Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, hospital negligence and general negligence matters on behalf of health care systems and individual providers.

All aspects of discovery.

Conduct and defend depositions.

Argue motions and appear for Court conferences.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in New Jersey. xklufbp
