A company is looking for a Program Manager, EMR Connectivity to support EMR and LIS integrations across its clinical network.

Key Responsibilities

Guide the design, configuration, and validation of HL7, FHIR, and API-based interfaces

Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and external partners, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution

Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and communication schedules to track milestones

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in technical program or project management focused on healthcare data integrations or EMR interoperability

Strong expertise with Epic and other major EHRs, capable of mapping clinical workflows into technical configurations

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with rigorous documentation practices

Experience troubleshooting interface issues and optimizing performance in clinical environments

Strict adherence to HIPAA, CLIA / CAP, and cybersecurity standards throughout the integration lifecycle
