Springfield Cardinals are actively seeking an Operations Manager to join their highly dynamic Operations Team. We believe that Operations are a vital part of our team's performance, and our Operations Department plays a critical role in that success. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing within the sports industry and curious to learn the inner workings of our business at every level. The individual in this position is expected to be an exceptional liaison between baseball and stadium / field operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community
• Facilitate communication with St. Louis Cardinals baseball operations
• Partner with finance department to book all hotels, buses and housing for baseball team and coaching staff
• Manage Clubhouse Attendants and batboys
• Oversee budgets and readiness for both Clubhouses and coach's areas
• Manage, infill and update MLB Hub for the team
• Point person for events during offseason
• Oversee Training Facility rentals, use, cleanliness and upkeep
• Develop and execute year round Stadium storage plan
• Collaborate with staff implementing security measures
• Working as part of a team within the Operations Department
• Other duties as assigned
