Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Position

Clementine Home Care is looking for a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to work in Springfield, PA. Are you compassionate, dependable, cheerful, and trustworthy? If so, we want you to become caregivers at Clementine Home Care.

What You Will Do :

  • Work for day shift or night shift available.
  • Client is a woman in her late 70s who had some recent falls.
  • Provide companionship to the client and assist in common daily activities.
  • Genuinely connect with clients and their families.
  • Client is in memory care.

We Offer :

  • Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level).
  • Mileage compensation (currently 67 cents per mile) between cases.
  • Full / part time available.
  • Paid Time Off.
  • Holiday incentive pay.
  • Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company's discretion to all employees who meet the plan's eligibility requirements.
  • Free uniforms provided.

    • Requirements :

  • Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification.
  • CPR certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
