The Opportunity :

The Executive Pastry Chef will lead the charge in building a best-in-class pastry and dessert program for both the restaurant (200+ seats, private dining, bar / lounge) and an expanding roster of high-end offsite events. This is a role for a passionate craftsperson and an exacting leader—someone who is inspired by challenge, driven by detail, and obsessed with delivering pastry that stops people in their tracks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute a pastry program that reflects the brand’s ethos of uncompromising quality, bold creativity, and refined technique.
• Produce plated desserts, breads, confections, and showpieces that surprise and delight—every time.
• Collaborate with ownership and the Executive Chef to concept menus and signature moments, aligned with the brand’s theatrical and elevated style.
• Hire, train, and lead a top-tier pastry team committed to precision and pride in their work.
• Oversee pastry operations for in-house dining and offsite events, ensuring consistency and excellence at scale.
• Manage inventory, sourcing, cost controls, and production systems to support high-volume service with zero compromise in quality.
• Set and enforce the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
