Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and schedule patient appointments in a multi-specialty, multi-location environment
Obtain, verify, and update patient information while maintaining confidentiality
Adhere to call center standards and achieve minimum call quality and customer satisfaction thresholds
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate / GED required
1+ year of healthcare experience required
EPIC system experience preferred
2 years' customer service experience preferred
Previous office and computer experience required
