The Manufacturing Technology Center Manager will lead innovative initiatives, drive operational improvements, and foster a collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your ideas matter. We are growing our Global Manufacturing team and the ideal candidate will create and promote a relevant and sustainable vision for the global organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Lead and manage the Manufacturing Technology Center, ensuring alignment with Emerson's strategic goals.
• Drive innovation and implement new technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to a safer, smarter workplace.

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $108,000 - $143,800, annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
