In addition to design expertise, this individual will play a key role in upholding and evolving our brand identity across channels, developing video and motion content, and writing impactful short-form copy such as headlines and social media hooks. Success in this role requires proactive thinking, strong collaboration skills, a deep understanding of how visuals drive engagement, and a passion for using design as a tool to sell, inform, and inspire.

The position intent for a Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator is to conceptualize, design, and produce visual content that aligns with the organization's identity, enhances engagement across digital platforms, and supports marketing and communication goals.

### Essential Duties

• Brand & Creative Development
• Continuously monitor, maintain, and evolve the visual and verbal brand identity by ensuring consistency in imagery, design, tone, and language across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Create and maintain visually consistent brand assets across digital and print platforms.
• Design marketing collateral for external use (e.g., brochures, event materials, sales sheets).
• Consistently looking for new opportunities to evolve our brand through other platforms and technology.
• Utilize all company platforms to gather, dissect and combine text content to create marketing assets.
• The ability to design for print with the full understanding of the entire print process from design to shipment.
• Design for Digital & Web Marketing
• Design engaging digital assets for websites, ads, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Ensure all web assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Collaborate with the team to support website enhancements, page layouts and UX / UI improvements through design.
• Design and create content for Social Media Marketing
• Create visually compelling social media graphics tailored to platform specifications and audience engagement strategies.
• Design visuals that enhance campaign performance and align with brand voice and messaging.
• Produce graphics and have the ability to create / edit short-form video content for TikTok, Shorts, Reels, YouTube channel and animations for the company website and social platforms.
• Write short, effective captions, hooks, and post descriptions to support visual content.
• Internal Support
• Partner with the sales team to ensure they have up-to-date, visually compelling materials—such as but not limited to presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and case studies—that support their goals and enhance their ability to communicate our value effectively.
• Develop presentations (PowerPoint) that communicate key messages clearly and professionally.
• Tradeshow graphics support (eg. Pull up banners, tablecloth, backdrops QR codes, flyers etc)

### Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Basic video production and editing capabilities.
• Strong understanding of social media and web design principles (mobile-first, responsive, UX / UI).
• Excellent visual storytelling and a marketing-oriented mindset.
• Basic copywriting skills for short-form content such as headlines, calls to action, and social media posts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills and an openness to feedback.
