CT Technologist

• Contract Duration: 13-week contract (possible extension)

• Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

A skilled Travel CT Technologist is needed for a contract assignment in Boise, ID. This role involves performing high-quality CT imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment in accordance with established protocols.

• Review radiology requisitions and physician orders to confirm proper procedures

• Gather and verify previous relevant exams for radiologist review

• Instruct and prepare patients for imaging procedures

• Position patients and use immobilization devices when needed

• Determine and adjust exposure factors to produce diagnostic-quality CT images

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment with proper supply levels

• Review image quality and report equipment issues as necessary

• Adhere to all safety protocols, including shielding and radiation protection

• Perform venous punctures for contrast media administration and monitor patients for reactions

• Participate in ongoing skill development and professional education

• Assist in training radiology students and newly oriented technologists

• Communicate stat or urgent results when required

• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly

• Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder

• Experience: Minimum 12 years CT Tech experience

• Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Duration: 13-week assignment with possible extension
