The Client Services department looks after client accounts on both a regional and global scale, acting as a single point-of-contact between the client and the practice teams. The team has overall responsibility for building and maintaining successful client relationships, as well as ensuring compliance with client SLAs and quality of services.

How will you make a difference as a Client Services Analyst at Fragomen?

• Managing the client specific drop box and answering protocol queries from case workers.
• Compiling monthly SLA reports and weekly expiration reports.
• Work directly with the client on obtaining authorization for renewal applications and other process related matters.
• Preparing quarterly business review decks.
• Analyzing initiation data and identifying trends.
• Assist with developing / maintaining protocols.
• Updating / distributing fee schedules.
• Ad hoc reporting as required.

Compensation : The salary range for this role takes into account many factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors noted.

A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is : $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans.
