Branch Manager

The Expertise We're Looking For

• We ask that you have at least five years in financial services and planning
• We believe that three or more years of management within a financial services environment is helpful
• The Series 7 and 66 (or 63 / 65) are required, additionally we would want you to obtain the Series 9 / 10 and Insurance licenses within 60 days of hire

The Purpose of Your Role

In this role, you will hone your leadership skills while providing support to the aligned Vice-President, Branch Leader. Your ability to foster the connection of our people to Fidelity's mission is imperative. You will enable the development of branch associates through training, mentorship and motivation, allowing them to maximize their potential and prioritize the growth of their planning expertise and, ultimately, help more people.

You'll learn firsthand how to lead a successful and compliant office, and most importantly, you'll be creating the culture that ensures every client receives the experience they deserve and every associate maximizes their potential.

The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $145,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
