Hays has partnered with a reputable and leading commercial property management organization on the West Coast. We’re looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join the property management team in Bellevue, WA.

Your new role

As the Portfolio Administrator your primary purpose will be to provide general and administrative support to the property management team. You’ll be reporting into the General Executive Director and your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Providing all general office administration duties, including phone support, correspondence, mailing, creating presentations, scheduling meetings etc.
• Support invoicing, budget reconciliations and tracking with vendor invoicing.
• Assist with planning and coordination of special events and functions.
• Aid in drafting proposals, lease documents and track changes.
• Support the creation of market analysis of rents, comparable lease and sale transactions, market vacancies and any other market information as requested.
