Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
Labriola Chicago is seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to start in a supervisory position with a clear pathway for growth into restaurant management.The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and leading front-of-house staff. This position is perfect for someone with strong serving experience and a desire to develop their leadership skills further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Create exceptional guest experiences, talking to customers, and creating regulars
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support management with scheduling, inventory control, and operational tasks.
• Maintain and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of serving/bartending experience in a full-service setting
• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

• Experience with R365 and Toast
