Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead in establish, train, and execute disciplined processes throughout the company, including AS / ISO processes; ensure a high level of internal and external customer service, investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality. This will have primary responsibility for the performance of quality department personnel.

So, what will you be doing as a Quality Manager?

The Quality Manager will have primary responsibility for :

• A supplier excellence program, including supplier auditing and surveillance
• An effective calibration system.
• A robust corrective and preventive action process, which includes primary training responsibility for Cause, Corrective Action, and Preventive Action training in the company.
• To complete (and host as necessary) customer quality audits.
• Development of inspection methodologies / techniques to include CMM programming and inspection to ensure maximum efficiency of inspection processes.
• Identify proper performance measurements for the department (and personnel as necessary) and visually display and communicate performance for the entire group
• Ensure the company has robust, disciplined processes and ensure that these processes are properly documented, employees are trained in their use, and that we have a rigorous audit program.
• Responsible for leading the continuous improvement of our processes with respect to their affectivity and efficiency.
