Why This Role Matters
As Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll build and scale the marketing engine that fuels Mogl’s next stage of growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution — turning campaigns into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
You’ll take ownership of our paid media programs, marketing automation, and analytics, working closely with Sales Ops and BDR teams to keep the funnel healthy and growing. What You’ll Gain
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute full-funnel lead generation campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and more).
Oversee HubSpot Marketing Hub strategy and day-to-day execution.
Track and optimize performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards.
Collaborate with Sales Ops and BDR teams to align on lead handoff, feedback loops, and SLAs.
Explore new channels, creative formats, and tactics to drive growth.

Please note this role is only open to candidates in the Denver, CO area. This role is hybrid, and will work from our downtown Denver office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. We have created a great office environment with team lunches on Tuesday and a parking stipend.
The estimated pay range for this role is a base salary of $100,000-$135,000 with a quarterly commission package that will be discussed before the official offer.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
