A company is looking for a CRO & Growth Specialist to manage web conversion performance and optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Own and monitor traffic-to-customer conversion rates across key landing pages

Design, launch, and analyze A / B and multivariate tests to improve user experience

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance conversion strategies

Required Qualifications

4-5+ years of experience in CRO, website optimization, or growth analytics

Proven ability to execute a structured CRO roadmap

Strong experience with A / B testing and optimization tools

Hands-on expertise with analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or similar

Strong quantitative skills to interpret complex data sets
