We are seeking a clinical leader who will oversee all of Summer Health's clinical strategy, guide provider excellence, and play a key role in business development and health plan relationships. This individual must be a board-certified pediatrician with a proven track record of leadership in both clinical practice and healthcare innovation.

Clinical Group Leadership

• Lead recruitment, vetting, and hiring of providers using a standardized rubric.
• Oversee onboarding of new providers, ensuring alignment with Summer Health's model of care.
• Act as a trusted liaison with medical group owner, resolving provider concerns and patient complaints.
• Maintain regular communications with providers and manage workforce performance.
• Conduct ongoing clinical quality reviews in partnership with the Medical Group Owner.
• Serve as a backup clinical provider when necessary.
