Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

At Monte Nido Clementine Lake Oswego, we save lives while empowering individuals to embrace their healthiest selves. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a residential treatment program specifically designed for adolescents dealing with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

Our mission is to support adolescents and their families on the journey to full recovery by equipping them with the skills necessary to navigate life's challenges without the burdens of an eating disorder. We offer compassionate support, education, and partnership with families throughout the recovery process, helping adolescents to cultivate healthy practices and a strong sense of individuality.

We are currently looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated Clementine team.

Schedule : 3 days per week (12-hour shifts); flexibility required, including availability for weekends.

Responsibilities Include :

• Obtaining and recording vital signs as needed.
• Monitoring and reporting any unusual client behavior.
• Administering medications.
• Documenting promptly and accurately.
• Modeling normalized dietary habits by completing meals during work hours.
