Business Systems Analyst II

I / S - 1 opening C2 Required! Hybrid - 3 days / week onsite and others as needed

Required Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related degree.

Preferred Education : Bachelor's degree-in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field or 4 years of job related experience with government business and / or BCBS companies.

Required Work Experience : 4 years of IT business analysis experience. Preferred Licenses and Certificates : Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), HIPAA, LOMA.

Required Software and Other Tools : Microsoft Office, PowerBI Preferred Software and Other Tools : Visio, MS Project or similar software, data mining using DB2, SQL, and / or other tools.

Day to Day : Onboard a seasoned BSA with the ability to assist in policy development and risk management. Finding someone with automation experience (Power Automate / Power BI) will aid in the creation of workflows and dashboards for improved reporting and tracking of security and risk metrics Team : Small team – this person will make 4.
