South Shore Kia, a reputable automotive dealership in Copiague, New York, is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller to join our team. As an Automotive Biller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of automotive sales and service paperwork. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive dealership operations.

Responsibilities :

• Process automotive sales and service paperwork with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare and submit documentation for vehicle registrations, title transfers, and insurance claims
• Verify and reconcile deals, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff to resolve any billing-related issues or discrepancies
• Maintain organized records and files for all vehicle transactions
