  • Job Summary :

    • We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team.   • Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of food to maintain freshness and safety.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Adapt to changing menus and special requests from customers.
  • Qualifications :
  • Proven experience as a Cook in a high-volume restaurant or food service setting.
  • Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
