We are seeking a Clinical Director (Director of Clinical Services) whose natural strengths include critical thinking, organization, documentation accuracy, and the ability to create and maintain reliable systems . This role is ideal for someone who prefers a methodical approach, enjoys solving problems through data and process, and leads with calm, steady, consistent decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure excellent patient care and smooth team coordination.
• Maintain survey-ready compliance across all disciplines with meticulous attention to documentation, timelines, and regulatory standards.
• Develop, refine, and audit clinical processes, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Monitor quality indicators and data trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide structured leadership to the nursing staff, social workers, CNAs, chaplains, and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure all patient care aligns with the Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation (CoPs).
• Lead IDG meetings with clarity, consistency, and strong follow-through.
• Support onboarding, training, and competency evaluations.
