Job Requirements

Education Requirements :  Registered Nurse (RN) License with current state licensure

Certifications Requirements :  BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP (can be completed on-site)

Experience Requirements :  Minimum of 2 years of obstetrics, labor, and delivery, or medical-surgical experience; prior critical access experience preferred

Other Requirements :  Ability to work night shifts (6 : 45 pm - 7 : 00 am), strong patient care skills, excellent communication skills, adaptability to small community settings

Provide high-quality obstetric, labor, delivery, and postoperative care to patients.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient statuses, treatments, and progress.

Execute emergency interventions and support during labor and delivery processes.
