100% Remote - FP&A Analyst

Position Overview

The Financial Planning & Analytics Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and decision-making processes of the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to management and stakeholders.
• Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations for data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information.
• Support the annual budgeting process and assist in financial planning activities.
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Work with Oracle EPM to streamline financial reporting and planning processes.
