Build and manage your own pipeline of owner-user and investment property loans . Lead occasional finance training sessions for commercial agents to increase deal volume and strengthen referral relationships . Partner closely with an experienced leadership team that’s invested in your development and success. Represent a fast-growing, forward-thinking brand in commercial real estate finance. 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, banking, or private lending An existing book of business or strong referral network (highly preferred) California DRE license (can be obtained after hire) Ability to be onsite in Ontario, CA for meetings / trainings A true entrepreneurial mindset —someone who wants to grow beyond a traditional salaried role Excellent communication and relationship-building skills $3,000 base pay in month one (no draw deduction) Ongoing compensation structured as a monthly draw against commissions Net collections calculated after standard deductions (draw + 0.25 bps from monthly loan volume) Sign-on bonus considered for candidates with a verifiable active pipeline Conservative performer : $100K+ annually Solid mid-range performer : $200K+ annually Strong performers : No ceiling—earning potential is uncapped Access to a sophisticated CRM and support systems A built-in referral network from our brokerage A direct path toward leadership opportunities as the lending division expands Immediate deal flow —walk into active loan opportunities from day one Be part of a new division with major growth potential Hands-on mentorship and leadership accessibility A chance to create your own career trajectory in a high-growth, high-opportunity environment
