StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 10 Pay Rate : $315.25 - $341.25

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Call and requirements : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Supervision vs independent : Supervision

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : To be determined

Certifications required : Board certification

Number of operating rooms : 3

License required or accepting IMLC : Active state license preferred

Facility Location
