Global Director Of Operations Finance & Na Regional Controller

The Global Director of Operations Finance & NA Regional Controller is a finance leader responsible for driving profitability, operational performance, and financial integrity across CTS' global manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with corporate, operations, and product management teams to support decision-making, improve margins, and ensure consistent financial practices worldwide. Reporting to the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Finance Lead within the Advanced Materials & Solutions business unit, this position oversees global operations finance activities including standard costing, cost variance analysis, cost savings initiatives, and working capital performance. The role also leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for operations and coordinates closely with corporate finance. As the NA Regional Controller, this leader is accountable for financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance across North American manufacturing sites, with site controllers reporting directly into the role. The position plays a key role in developing finance talent, standardizing processes, and implementing best practices across a global footprint. This role requires strong manufacturing finance expertise, hands-on experience with SAP, and a proven ability to partner with operations leadership to influence performance. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, along with strong leadership and communication skills in a global manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lisle, IL.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $89.00 - $93.75 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
