PrideStaff is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant at an Aerospace company in the city of Temecula . Full-time, M-F 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting an administrative professional to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities. Their duties include organizing meetings for Administrators, greeting office visitors, and composing documents on behalf of Administrators.
Duties & Responsibilities
Have computer literacy & basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mainly). We will be testing on this before hiring.
Have great communication skills
Be a team player
Have attention to detail-a lot of typing and creating documents for aerospace parts
Phone etiquette-Will be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, transferring calls etc.
Answer phones and greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping Schedule : Monday - Friday (9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)
Pay Range $19 - $20 per hour
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $19.00 - $20.00
