Department Overview

The It Infrastructure team is responsible for designing building testing and maintaining software systems networks that support an organizations internal operations or external products. Their work is foundational to enabling digital capabilities improving efficiency and driving innovation.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware and software setup troubleshooting and support

• Help maintain IT systems networks and user accounts

• Support ticketing system by responding to user requests

• Document IT procedures and update knowledge base

• Participate in IT projects and system upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in IT Cybersecurity or related field

• Basic knowledge of networks operating systems and security tools

• Strong analytical communication and teamwork skills

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows macOS and basic networking concepts

• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

• Interest in cybersecurity or cloud technologies is a plus
