Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Location: De Pere, WIPosition Overview:We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Follow standardized procedures to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assemble and package products according to quality specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Record materials used and products produced to support inventory management.
• Report issues or improvement suggestions to management.
• Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Familiarity with basic production equipment is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
