A company is looking for a Cardiovascular Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-registers patients and schedules outpatient diagnostic procedures and appointments

Handles a high volume of incoming calls and responds to inquiries from physician offices

Maintains professionalism and confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred

Previous customer service experience in a high-volume environment

Experience in an administrative or clerical position

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Experience handling a large volume of incoming calls
