The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Food Safety Auditor to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Food Safety Auditor, you will work alongside the health department and manage inspections. You will help to ensure all food safety procedures are followed to ensure our team members and guests are kept safe.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands Health Department reports
• Verifies reported issues and works with management to bring department areas to standard
• Maintains, prints, and distributes required reports
• Effectively escorts county health sanitarians throughout the building
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous data entry experience required
• Computer proficiency required
• Previous knowledge of food service sanitation rules and regulations preferred
• Effective communication skills – the ability to understand and follow direction
• Ability to prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow job procedures and any manager’s instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
• Constant data entry on the computer keyboard with repetitive hand/finger motions
• Constant sitting in a small office environment
• Environmental Working Conditions:
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
