Cash Application Clerk

The Cash Application Clerk will ensure that cash receipts are applied in accordance with company policies, while efficiently resolving any related problems or questions.

Responsibilities :

• Apply lockbox receipts and electronic receipts to accounts receivable invoices and general ledger accounts.
• Manage and reconcile online payment portal accounts.
• Work with branch offices to resolve unapplied cash and credit balances.
• Process customer refunds in collaboration with branch offices.
• Provide support to branch offices and assist with various accounts receivable inquiries.
• Process write-offs, including bad debts, discounts, and OCIP.
• Assist the Acquisitions department with intercompany applications.
• Support corporate teams with audit requests.
• Maintain positive relationships with branch offices, corporate staff, team members, and customers.

Work Environment :

The role requires being onsite at a state-of-the-art facility in Blue Bell, PA, Monday through Friday. The facility includes a gym that temporary consultants can access. This position reports to the AR Manager and is part of a team of over five individuals. The company is recognized as the largest Landscaping Services company in the US, with a forward-thinking leadership team led by a new CEO.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blue Bell, PA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
