SAP HR Techno Functional Analyst

Our Randstad client in Washington, DC, is seeking a skilled SAP HR Techno-Functional Analyst to join their team. This role combines technical and functional expertise to support and optimize SAP HR solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in SAP HR modules.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP HR solutions.
• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Develop and implement technical solutions to support business processes and enhance system functionality.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of SAP HR systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
