Facility Manager

While SIXT is experiencing exponential growth in the US we are also launching our satellite office in beautiful Downtown Tulsa! We are searching for a dynamic Facility Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role will manage the day-to-day activities coordinate administrative tasks and provide support to various departments within the organization.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow and maintain office supplies and inventory
• You serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication coordinate and manage guest visits or office events
• You assist with budgeting and office expense management and process and track invoices purchase orders and payments
• You oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities including working with service providers and suppliers and ensure office equipment and technology is functional and up to date
• You partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary and assist with onboarding of new staff

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 2 to 3 years experience as an Office Manager Front Desk Manager Facilities or Property Manager
• Technical Proficiency You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities in Coupa or a similar purchasing software and are proficient in Microsoft Office attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills excellent time management effective multitasking abilities and exceptional professional communication attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
