[job_card.job_description]Assist the Family Support Specialist with facilitation of parent education classes by preparing client handouts and paperwork, preparing in-kind items (such as diapers and wipes) for distribution to class participants, and assist class participants with registration / sign-in. Monitor inventory of items in the St. Teresa Baby Boutique and replenish items as needed. Assist the Blessed Beginnings team with data entry, including uploading documents and entering client data into the agency database (Salesforce). Assist with other administrative duties as assigned. Assist with interpretation of classes in Spanish and will interpret for clients as needed during class. This is a part-time, non-paid position. This position requires a minimum of 10 hours per week and least one school semester remaining. Schedule could vary from 1 full day per week or 2 half days to help cover classes. Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday availability. Enrolled in an approved University as a Bachelor's Level student. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Bilingual in Spanish, required. Must have at least one semester remaining.
