We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in a growing baking company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish), with strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Medley, FL
Salary: $18 – $20/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Accurately record data and maintain reports using Excel.

• Apply basic math skills to measure, test, and track production quality.

• Support administrative functions related to quality and compliance.

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

• Follow all company policies, food safety regulations, and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

• Proficient in Excel and basic computer programs.

• Strong basic math and record-keeping skills.

• Previous administrative experience (required).

• Quality Assurance or food industry experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks.
