The Medical Receptionist ensures the smooth operation of the front desk and supports the healthcare team by performing administrative tasks.

Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
